If the Shakr system doesn’t support your custom font, the font file won’t be uploaded nor approved. This is to offer you a more stable rendering environment.
When uploading a font that is modified illegally
You can’t upload a commercial font that is modified illegally to avoid a copy protection program. Please upload a font that is licensed properly.
Also, please do not upload a font that is included in commercial OS or software. This can cause technical and licence issues.
When uploading a font that is already available in Shakr font library
We’re continuously uploading fonts that are free for commercial use to our font library. You can use all the fonts in the Shakr font library immediately without the approval process, so please check our library first if there is a free font you want to use.
When a font provider doesn’t observe general font standards
We are inspecting custom fonts throughly to help you use a custom font safely. If this is the reason your font is not approved, we’d recommend you contact the font provider and use a font that meets standard requirements.
If you don’t have any problem with the cases mentioned above but still can’t upload your custom font, please contact us via the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of our website.
If you have further enquiries, please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the blue chat bubble at the bottom right corner of this page.
