We're sorry you're having trouble logging into Shakr. Here are some steps you can follow to make sure you're on the right track.
1. Have you signed up for Shakr?
First thing's first, you need sign up before you can log in! If you haven't yet, go ahead and sign up here. Creating a new Shakr account is free and always will be!
2. Have you entered the right email address?
Make sure you didn't make any typos in your email address. You need to enter the exact full email address you've used to sign up for Shakr.
3. Have you entered the correct password?
You need to enter the correct password to log in! Try a few times more and if you think you forgot your password, you can reset your password.
4. Are you an existing Shakr user, and you're logging in to the New Shakr website for the first time?
On February 1, 2016, we have revamped our website from bottom up to give you better experience. In the process we have migrated all user data from the old site to the new one, and existing users need to activate their accounts (reset password) one time before they can log in again.
